2. Review the questions that will help you think through the better questions

SWOT Analysis
- Provide names, dates, times and places of all the people that you interview for your client.
- Place interviewee in appropriate public(s) categories (Internal/External etc.)
- Contact information for each interviewee (This will be checked.)
- Use quotes from the interviews to help you round out the SWOT. Use these quotes in your descriptions for each SWOT category.
Write three main objectives of your client
There may be sub objectives
Write 2-3 possible strategies for each objective
3-5 tactics (specific) for each strategy
You must work together. Take pictures/video of your interviewing your person(s), working together in a group. There must be documentation of your participation in this process.
Everything you do is documented.
The first analysis is due on Monday.
The first status report is due Monday.
